QUALITATIVE DATA HEALTH RESEARCH METHODS CONSULTANT
- QUALITATIVE DATA RESEARCH PLAN: Create research designs, timelines, budgets for short or long-term projects.
- QUALITATIVE DATA COLLECTION: Apply a broad range of methodologies to collect project-specific data (primarily focus groups, interviews, surveys, but also participant-observation, simulated patient scenarios, pile-sorting, photo-elicitation).
- QUALITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS: Use software analysis programs to create thematic, textual, numerical and graphical data output. Highly experienced in Dedoose, and proficient in Nvivo, and Atlas ti. Additionally, paper-based/thematic sorting analysis is offered. Provide presentations, background and leadership in conducting effective team-based data analysis meetings.
-DATA SYNTHESIS & REPORTING: Author peer-reviewed or grey literature & articles. Create online materials, reports, grant or progress report content. Perform professional presentations and educational lectures (using power point, posters or group-discussions).
-PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Locate, interview, hire, and manage project collaborators. Move agendas and timelines forward. Create and implement budgets. Coordinate and lead team-meetings. Provide advocacy and education for a project.
-RECRUITMENT: Identify research participants through advertisements, personal solicitation, relationship and network building.
